Yes, you can withdraw funds from your main wallet at any time. However, locked savings plans cannot be withdrawn until they mature or you choose to break them (with potential penalties).

Fuel Assist is our credit feature that lets you get fuel now and pay later. Your eligibility and credit limit are determined by your BVN verification, repayment history, and loyalty score. Repayment windows typically range from 7-14 days.

We use multiple factors including BVN verification, transaction history, repayment behavior, wallet activity, and a proprietary loyalty scoring system. First-time users start with lower limits that increase with good repayment behavior.

Late payments may result in service fees and will negatively impact your credit limit and loyalty score. We send multiple reminders before the due date. If you're having trouble, contact our support team to discuss options.

When you request fuel, you receive a unique QR code and request code. The vendor scans your QR code or enters the code manually to verify and fulfill your request. This ensures secure, trackable transactions.
